Qaphsiel S. Lavi is a hybrid demon. He is a Serafian Guardian and one of the greatest Chajin (Anti-demon magic) users of his family.TriplexLor is a Cyborg. He is also a Serafian Guardian and also serves as Qaphsiel's assistant.They both went to Earth to search for that person that they needed to protect. But unfortunately, they lost their powers when they stepped on Earth.They became vtubers in their free time so they could play and interact with you guys. And also to charge their Chajin back. Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT • REFUNDS • CANCELLATIONS

• Payment is through Gcash or Paypal. The currency will be PHP and USD only.
• Please note that there will be no refunds or chargebacks once payment is made, so please be sure that you want a commission from me.
• Cancellations are allowed as long as payment has not been made.
• 50% payment is required after the rough sketch. Except for Live2d projects which I require payment before I start any sketch. (please refer to Progress and Waitlist section)
• Additional fees will be applied depending on complexity, the addition of items, props, weapons, chibi, plushies, pets, backgrounds, and complex details on the background.
• Commissions with a group of characters will have a bundle price (please refer to the commission sheet)
• Rushed commissions will not be accepted as well as priority fees.
• Commissions will be for personal use only. Commercial artworks will have an additional fee of 1.5x - 5x the base price depending on how the artwork will be used. I will provide a certification for commercial use. (Aside from the models I sell that are commercial use free, those who cannot produce my certification are considered for personal use only)
• I have the right to decline your commission request if I know that I cannot do the request.WHAT IS COMMERCIAL USE

PROGRESS and WAIT LIST

• 1-week minimum - 8 weeks maximum ( commission completion will depend on the project type and complexity in the list)
• Please note that there is a waitlist and the progress time will start when it is your turn. I will give you weekly updates on the Waitlist.
• Please send clear photo references with detailed descriptions compiled on a document or Google drive.
• When it's your turn, I will send a rough sketch before the payment. (rough sketch consists of pose, angles, perspective, and layout) except on Live2d projects in which I require payment even before I start the sketch.
• After confirming the payment, I will send the initial sketch of the idea. The commissioner is allowed to make unlimited revisions to the initial sketch.
When satisfied then a final sketch will be sent.
• During the line art and base color phase, the commissioner is allowed to make 2-3 small revisions. An additional fee will be applied for each complex revision. (depending on the complexity) I will not accept any revisions during the rendering phase.
• Updates will be sent per stage(initial sketch, line art and base color, rendering, and final output)
• The final output will be sent to the email provided or a Google drive link will be given. Including a full resolution of the artwork with a watermark in a PNG file (PSD for live2d commissions), and a copy with transparent background with a watermark.

PERMISSION AND COPYRIGHT

• I, the artist is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself within any place or site. Publish books with. To use as merch to generate profit. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want. (If you would like to delay your commission to be posted, please let me know beforehand. Otherwise, please provide a valid reason why you don't want it to be posted)
• The commissioner/client is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for social media profile pictures, Desktop Backgrounds, and wallpapers given that I am credited.
• You may not reproduce or manufacture my work into merchandise or anything that will have my work generate you any kind of profit; is solely for personal enjoyment, unless it is commercially commissioned. Personal merch for yourself (and not to sell) is okay. Additionally, you may not go beyond the stated use/assets discussed for commercially commissioned illustrations.
• You may not claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify my artworks in any circumstances without my consent.
• You may not use my copyrighted artwork to generate or to be used by AI apps.
